Delete your Piecehaven account
Request deletion of your Piecehaven wallet account and its associated cloud data. You can send a request here even if you no longer have the app.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address linked to your wallet, if you have one. Say that you want to delete your Piecehaven account. If you used a guest wallet or have lost access, tell us so we can help with the next steps.
Email a deletion request privacy@marblecomet.comThe button opens your email app. You can also write to the address above using any email service.
We verify ownership before deleting an account and reply with the next steps. Do not send your password, sign-in codes, recovery tokens or personal photos. Sending an email starts a request; opening this link does not delete anything.
Delete from the app
- Tap your coin balance to open Your coins.
- Open the account row to reach Keep your collection safe.
- Choose Delete wallet account, review the details and confirm while connected to the internet.
If you cannot access this screen, use the email request above. You do not need to reinstall the app to send a request.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase wallet sign-in identity, including its linked email credential when present.
- Confirmed coins, reward and spending receipts, transaction history, completion claims and migrated completion records for that account.
- The account’s unlocked collection ownership and other account-linked cloud records.
Account deletion is permanent. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not request server deletion.
What stays on your device
Original photos, local photo puzzles, saved boards and external device backups are managed separately. Deleting the wallet does not remove them. Use the app’s local-data controls or your device’s photo and backup controls as appropriate.
Records that may remain
We retain a minimal record of the deleted account identifier and deletion status, including a hashed recovery proof, to stop old requests from recreating the wallet. Security and support audit records may also remain. Deletion markers and these audit records currently have no automatic expiry policy.
Provider logs and backups follow their applicable retention rules. Deleting a wallet does not immediately erase every provider record, separate Analytics or advertising records, or photos you have already shared. Contact us about these records or other privacy requests.
