LumaPetal Puzzle is published by Marble Comet LLC. Android package: com.marblecomet.lumapetalpuzzle.
Now available on Google Play in the United States. Download LumaPetal Puzzle for Android. An iPhone and iPad release has not been announced.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress, settings, statistics, and profile labels are stored on the device. LumaPetal does not provide production sign-in, cloud sync, or multi-device backup. This Android release disables app-data backup and device transfer, so local puzzle progress and settings are not restored after reinstall.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. LumaPetal stores a cropped, re-encoded copy in app-private storage and does not upload it to Marble Comet, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat, or a LumaPetal server. If the user chooses Share, the selected destination may receive the generated result card and accompanying public LumaPetal product-page link. Delete the App-held copy from Create → My photo puzzles. This cannot delete the original or recall a copy already shared outside the App. LumaPetal disables Android app-data backup and device transfer.
Why does LumaPetal ask for my date of birth?
LumaPetal is intended for users aged 13 and older. A neutral screen runs before any network SDK and asks the user to confirm or edit the entered date before classification. Nothing is stored and no network SDK starts before confirmation. Once confirmed, the birth date is used transiently on-device to derive an age-treatment bucket, then discarded; it is never stored or sent. Under-13 and unknown classifications cannot continue and start no network SDK. Users classified as 13–17 use Google under-age-of-consent and child ad treatment with a G rating; users classified as 18+ use unspecified age treatment with the same G rating.
How does LumaPetal Lifetime Premium work?
LumaPetal Lifetime Premium is an optional one-time, non-consumable Google Play purchase, not a subscription. The United States base price is USD $14.99; Google Play shows the final price and taxes before confirmation. Premium removes all ads and ad requests and unlocks every Journey step, all Premium puzzles, and the 300- and 500-piece options. Completion records, statistics, achievements, and Gallery items still reflect puzzles actually completed. The App uses RevenueCat to validate and restore access.
Why do I see ads?
Eligible free users may see a separated banner beneath the gameplay piece tray; a frequency-capped interstitial at the natural break after a qualifying puzzle is completed and safely recorded; or an optional rewarded ad. Replay, Start over, Resume, and Play again do not trigger interstitials. Completion interstitials are preloaded and fail open. No unsolicited full-screen ad interrupts an active solve or Replay. When Premium access is active, LumaPetal prevents ad requests. Where Google requires regional choices to remain available, reopen them under Settings → Data & privacy → Advertising privacy choices.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The bundled 60-puzzle Journey catalog, separate 60-puzzle Daily rotation, Gallery, favorites, achievements, and local progress are designed for offline play. A previously resolved cached Lifetime entitlement remains usable offline. New purchases, Restore Purchases, advertising, support links, regional consent, and fresh server validation require a connection.
Which piece counts and modes are available?
LumaPetal supports 12, 24, 48, 96, 150, 300, and 500 pieces. The 300- and 500-piece options require Lifetime Premium and a device that can support them comfortably. Modes are Classic, Zen, Memory Mist, and Timed Challenge.
Which accessibility and comfort options are available?
Options include tap-to-place, left-handed controls, larger controls, reduced motion, high contrast, optional haptics, adjustable snap strength, light, dark, or system themes, and reference-image visibility controls.
How do reminders work?
Optional reminders are scheduled locally by the device. LumaPetal does not use a push-notification account or add users to a marketing list. Change reminders in the App or Android settings.
How do I delete local data?
Delete photo puzzles from Create, clear temporary events under Settings → Diagnostics, and turn off reminders in Settings. Clear Android app storage or uninstall to remove remaining local data and the derived age bucket. LumaPetal disables Android app-data backup and device transfer, so that local data is not restored after reinstall. A qualifying Google Play purchase entitlement can still be restored through Restore Purchases. There is no Marble Comet app account to delete.
Report a problem
- Open Settings → Diagnostics.
- Choose Copy diagnostics.
- Email support with the copied details, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce it.
Copied diagnostics are designed to exclude selected photos, email addresses, puzzle names, search text, and other free text. They are not uploaded automatically.
