Who we are
Route & Deliver is published by Marble Comet LLC, operating publicly as Marble Comet Studios, in Virginia, United States. No game account is required. The game has no Marble Comet gameplay server, cloud-save service, public leaderboard, or separate publisher analytics service.
Information stored locally
The app stores information in its private device storage to run the game:
- Campaign and Daily Puzzle progress, stars, records, and checkpoints.
- Coins, basket ownership, and gameplay and advertisement reward records.
- Audio, controls, accessibility, haptic, and other game settings.
- Your selected age group, stored separately to apply the appropriate advertising treatment. The app does not ask for a date of birth.
These game records are not uploaded to a Marble Comet server. The app keeps local recovery copies to help protect saves. Google advertising and consent services process their own information as described below.
Android advertising and data
Android integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Eligible players may see one banner on Map or Collection. Adults may also choose a video for additional coins or occasionally see an interstitial when leaving a completed campaign level. No ad interrupts an active drag. Puzzles, progress, hints, and retries remain available offline. The current integration has no third-party mediation adapters or real-money purchases. Advertising is not integrated into the current iOS build.
When Google advertising or consent services operate, Google and applicable advertising partners may process an IP address, approximate location derived from that address, app and advertisement interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and permitted device or other identifiers. This information supports advertising, measurement, service operation, security, and fraud prevention.
This Android configuration removes access to the Android advertising ID and disables Google's publisher first-party identifier before requesting ads. These restrictions do not mean that Google processes no other information. Google controls information it processes under its own policies. Read the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Age treatment and privacy choices
Route & Deliver is intended for children and adults. Before configuring advertising, Android offers four equally presented choices: under 13, 13–17, 18 or older, and prefer not to say. The age group is stored locally and determines the age-treatment signals sent to Google. Leaving the question unanswered keeps advertising off.
Under-18 and unknown-age players receive requests for restricted, non-personalized, general-audience banners only. They are not offered rewarded videos or interstitials. The app applies Google's child-directed and under-age treatment for these groups.
For eligible adults, Google's User Messaging Platform checks the applicable privacy status and presents choices when required. Open Settings → Ads & privacy for advertising information and, when required, Google's privacy-options form. Declining personalization may still allow limited advertising and associated processing. During initial advertising preparation, Play without ads cancels preparation for that session; it does not delete information already processed by Google.
Retention and deletion
Local game information remains in private app storage until it is replaced or removed. Settings → Reset progress starts a new game profile after confirmation, resetting progress, coins, settings, collection ownership, and local reward records. It does not reset the separately stored age choice or Google's privacy preferences, and it is not a secure-erasure tool. Temporary or recovery copies may remain if file operations cannot complete.
To remove the app's local data, use Android's app-storage controls. Uninstalling normally removes the local app storage, subject to device and platform behavior. These actions do not delete information already processed by Google or other providers; their retention and deletion practices are governed by their own policies. Marble Comet has no server-held gameplay profile to retrieve or delete.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to handle your request. Contact our privacy address about that correspondence or any data-related request.
Permissions and security
Android uses network access for advertising and consent, and vibration for optional haptics. The game does not require access to contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or photos. Local files use the operating system's private app storage. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when the game's information practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
