Is the game available yet?
Route & Deliver is coming soon. The current Android build is in development testing and uses Google test ads. This page is not a public-launch announcement, and production advertising is not live yet.
How do I make a delivery?
Choose an object, drag it continuously along a clear route, and release it inside its matching basket. Avoid other objects and obstacles. A safe release outside a basket returns the item to its pickup position. In normal play, a collision ends the attempt; Retry is immediate and unlimited.
What can I play?
The campaign contains 120 levels across seven worlds, with increasing route and move-order challenges. The separate Daily Puzzle rotates through seven bundled boards using the UTC date. Daily puzzles work offline; they are not an online feed of newly generated levels.
Does the campaign have a timer or energy limit?
No. Take your time to plan a route. Campaign puzzles have no countdown or energy system, and hints and retries are free. Basket styles are bought with coins earned through play; the current build has no real-money purchases.
My finger covers the object. Which controls can I use?
Classic direct dragging is the default. Settings also offers Clear dragging, which lets you select an item and drag below it; Drag grips, which adds handles; and Finger zoom, which provides a magnified view while dragging. These options are off by default so you can choose the controls that suit you.
Can I make play more comfortable?
Settings includes larger text, reduced motion, haptics, and audio controls. Optional Assist mode returns an item after contact instead of ending the attempt. Assisted records are kept separately, and ordinary campaign progress remains available.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account is needed. Campaign puzzles, the Daily rotation, hints, retries, settings, and saved progress work offline. Android advertising and privacy services need an internet connection. There is no game cloud-save or cross-device transfer service.
Where does my progress go, and how do I reset it?
Progress, coins, collection ownership, settings, and reward records stay in the app's private storage. Settings → Reset progress starts a new profile after confirmation. It does not reset the separate age choice or Google's privacy preferences, and recovery or temporary copies may remain if file operations fail. Android's app-storage controls remove local app data. Do not clear storage or uninstall when troubleshooting a save you want to keep; contact support first.
Where can advertisements appear?
The Android integration can show one banner on Map or Collection. Eligible adults can choose a video to double a saved result's earned coins, or receive 25 Collection coins up to three times per UTC day. Occasional adult interstitials appear only between saved campaign completions after introductory levels and play-time limits. No ad interrupts a drag, and no ad is required for a hint or retry. The current development build uses test ads.
Are ads different for children?
Yes. The initial age screen offers under 13, 13–17, 18 or older, and prefer not to say. Under-18 and unknown-age players receive requests for restricted, non-personalized, general-audience banners only, with no rewarded videos or interstitials. Leaving the question unanswered keeps advertising off. Settings → Ads & privacy provides advertising information and Google's privacy-options form when required.
An optional ad or reward is unavailable. What should I do?
Continue playing normally when an ad cannot load. Optional offers may load again on a later screen visit. Skipping or closing before an ad earns its reward gives no bonus. If the game reports that an earned bonus could not be saved, use Retry saving or Settings → Save ad reward before closing the app. Do not reset your progress to repair an ad problem.
