Android / Google Play
Piecehaven is published by Marble Comet LLC. Android package: com.marblecomet.lumapetalpuzzle.
Now available on Google Play in the United States. Download Piecehaven for Android.
Has LumaPetal Puzzle changed its name?
Yes. Piecehaven is the new name for LumaPetal Puzzle, from the same Marble Comet studio. The Google Play package and listing stay the same. Update the existing app through its store listing; there is no need to uninstall it. The App Store version is still in testing.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress, settings, statistics, and profile labels are stored on the device. Piecehaven does not provide production sign-in, cloud sync, or multi-device backup. This Android release disables app-data backup and device transfer, so local puzzle progress and settings are not restored after reinstall.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Piecehaven stores a cropped, re-encoded copy in app-private storage and does not upload it to Marble Comet, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat, or a Piecehaven server. If the user chooses Share, the selected destination may receive the generated result card and accompanying public Piecehaven product-page link. Delete the App-held copy from Create → My photo puzzles. This cannot delete the original or recall a copy already shared outside the App. Piecehaven disables Android app-data backup and device transfer.
Why does Piecehaven ask for my date of birth?
Piecehaven is intended for users aged 13 and older. You can begin guest play without entering a birthday. An age-dependent feature, such as choosing a new Premium purchase or opting into adult usage analytics, can request an age check. A neutral screen asks you to confirm or edit the entered date before classification. Once confirmed, the birth date is used transiently on-device to derive an age-treatment bucket, then discarded; it is never stored or sent. An entered age under 13 cannot continue and starts no advertising or purchase SDK. Closing the age screen preserves guest play. Unknown-age guests can receive restricted non-personalized ads after the welcome and a resolved non-Premium status, subject to regional privacy choices, and can have existing Premium purchases checked or restored. Guest ads use Google Mobile Ads child ad treatment with a G rating, while User Messaging Platform age treatment remains unspecified. Users classified as 13–17 use Google under-age-of-consent and child ad treatment with a G rating; users classified as 18+ use unspecified age treatment with the same G rating. Optional usage analytics requires an eligible adult aged 18 or older and separate consent. Analytics startup may apply a stored denial or reset, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What is Optional usage analytics?
In Android versions with this setting, eligible adults can choose to send selected gameplay metrics, ad interactions and purchase-flow outcomes, app-instance identifiers, approximate country or region, and technical app/device data to Google Analytics for Marble Comet. Updated versions include foreground visits and returns, unfinished puzzle exits and completion percentages, completed reference-visibility changes, puzzle-load timings and outcomes, and fixed technical-error categories, not error messages or stack traces. These are reports about consenting players, not every player or every crash. It is off by default; declining does not affect puzzles or Premium. Change it in Settings, including through Privacy options. It is separate from on-device diagnostics and advertising choices. Turning it off stops new app-forwarded events and requests local Analytics cleanup; it does not delete previously received provider data. Contact privacy@marblecomet.com for requests; an email alone cannot identify app-instance records. Earlier Android versions without the setting and current iOS test builds do not enable this feature.
What happened to LumaPetal Lifetime Premium?
LumaPetal Lifetime Premium was a one-time, non-consumable Google Play product, not a subscription. Its purchase option is now inactive and no new purchase is available. Older installed versions may still show Premium controls and use RevenueCat to check eligible historical access. Those versions removed ads and unlocked every Journey step, all Premium puzzles, and the 300- and 500-piece options for an active entitlement. Completion records, statistics, achievements, and Gallery items still reflect puzzles actually completed.
Why do I see ads?
Eligible free users may see a separated banner beneath the gameplay piece tray; one separately labeled Advertising banner after collection-browsing content; a frequency-capped interstitial at the natural break after a qualifying puzzle is completed and safely recorded; or an optional rewarded ad. After an explicit Start over confirmation that discloses a possible ad, a preloaded interstitial may appear only when the confirmation ends a valid, incomplete saved attempt with at least 60 seconds and two moves, before the replacement board opens. Not every confirmation shows an ad. Completion and qualifying Start over interstitials share a 15-minute interval and limits of two per session and five per local day. They use only preloaded inventory and fail open, without waiting for a load or scheduling a delayed ad. Premium, unresolved Premium status, or blocked consent prevents these ads. Replay, Resume, and Play again do not independently trigger interstitials. Changing reference-image visibility and creating a photo puzzle do not trigger interstitials either. A rewarded Premium-puzzle trial can require another optional rewarded ad to start a new trial; it does not add an interstitial. No unsolicited full-screen ad interrupts an active solve or Replay. When Premium access is active, Piecehaven prevents ad requests. Where Google requires regional choices to remain available, reopen them under Settings → Data & privacy → Advertising privacy choices.
What can I unlock with an optional rewarded ad?
You can choose one play of an eligible Premium puzzle, one bonus hint after the three free hints are spent, or one new cosmetic background on this device. Discover and eligible locked-puzzle cards can show Watch ad · Play once offers; selecting one opens setup without automatically playing an ad. In the paused Appearance sheet, Moonlit Lavender and Sunset Garden can each be unlocked by an explicitly chosen rewarded ad. Rewards are granted only when the ad provider reports them as earned, not merely when an ad closes. The original four backgrounds remain free. Earned cosmetic-background unlocks are stored locally, are not synced by Piecehaven, and may be lost if app storage is cleared or the App is uninstalled. They are not purchases and cannot be restored through Restore Purchases. If a local reward save fails, retry saving without another ad while the earned credit remains in the current app process. Premium includes the additional cosmetic backgrounds without ads while its entitlement is active; this does not create a locally earned ad reward.
Why does the App check Premium before showing ads?
After the welcome, RevenueCat checks Premium status, including for guests who have not entered a birthday. This protects an existing Premium buyer from ad requests. Optional analytics consent is not required for that check or Restore Purchases. Ads stay off while Premium status is unresolved and while Premium is active. A new purchase may first require an on-device age check; an entered age under 13 cannot continue.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The bundled 60-puzzle Journey catalog, separate 60-puzzle Daily rotation, Gallery, favorites, achievements, and local progress are designed for offline play. A previously resolved cached Lifetime entitlement remains usable offline. New purchases, Restore Purchases, advertising, support links, regional consent, optional remote measurement delivery, and fresh server validation require a connection.
Which piece counts and modes are available?
Piecehaven supports 12, 24, 48, 96, 150, 300, and 500 pieces. The 300- and 500-piece options require Lifetime Premium and a device that can support them comfortably. Modes are Classic, Zen, Memory Mist, and Timed Challenge.
Which accessibility and comfort options are available?
Options include tap-to-place, left-handed controls, larger controls, reduced motion, high contrast, optional haptics, adjustable snap strength, light, dark, or system themes, and reference-image visibility controls.
How do reminders work?
Optional reminders are scheduled locally by the device. New players can begin without setting a reminder. After the first completed puzzle, the App requests notification permission where required and schedules a daily 7:00 PM local-time reminder if allowed. A denial does not affect play and is not automatically requested again. Existing reminder choices are preserved. Change the time or turn reminders off in Settings or Android settings. Piecehaven does not use a push-notification account or add users to a marketing list.
How can I rate the game or send feedback?
Rating is optional. Use Rate Piecehaven in Settings to open the store listing, or use a Google Play review prompt if the store makes one available. Send feedback opens your mail app without sending anything or attaching App data automatically. You can review, edit, or cancel the message before sending. Ratings and feedback do not unlock rewards or change access to the game.
How do I delete local data?
Delete photo puzzles from Create, clear temporary events under Settings → Diagnostics, and turn off reminders in Settings. Clear Android app storage or uninstall to remove remaining local data and the derived age bucket. Piecehaven disables Android app-data backup and device transfer, so that local data is not restored after reinstall. A qualifying Google Play purchase entitlement can still be restored through Restore Purchases. There is no Marble Comet app account to delete.
iPhone and iPad
Where is the first iPhone and iPad release planned?
The iPhone and iPad version is in testing. Its first public release is planned for the United States only; a release date is not announced here. Android availability is described separately above.
Can I buy Lifetime Premium on iPhone or iPad?
New in-app purchases are not offered in this iPhone and iPad release. Free play and optional rewarded features remain available. The legacy Android/Google Play Lifetime Premium purchase option has also been retired. The 300- and 500-piece options are not offered to non-Premium players in this iOS release.
How do I restore an earlier Apple purchase?
Use Restore purchases in Settings or on the Previous purchases screen, with the Apple Account associated with your eligible App Store purchase. An internet connection is required. RevenueCat checks eligible Premium access; this does not guarantee a restore result or transfer a Google Play purchase to Apple. Entitlement checks begin after the welcome, including for guests who have not entered a birthday. Ads stay disabled while Premium status is unresolved and while valid Premium is active. If access still appears missing, contact billing@marblecomet.com. Do not buy again as a troubleshooting step; this release offers no new checkout.
Will Restore purchases recover my puzzles or photos?
No. It restores eligible Premium access, not local progress, imported photos, preferences, or ad-earned backgrounds. Apple device backups and transfers may include local app data depending on your settings; they are separate from Piecehaven and Premium restoration. Reinstalling alone does not guarantee recovery. Avoid deleting the app to troubleshoot a saved puzzle, because deleting local app data can remove progress.
Why are there ads, and where are my privacy choices?
Free play is ad-supported. iOS requests non-personalized ads and disables Google's publisher first-party ID before advertising SDK initialization; this does not mean advertising services collect no information. Open Advertising privacy choices in Settings → Data & privacy when that option is required and available. Optional rewarded benefits depend on ad availability and earning the reward; they do not grant Premium. Existing valid Premium access prevents ad requests.
Does iPhone or iPad send optional gameplay analytics?
No. Remote gameplay measurement and Firebase services are disabled in this iOS release. The Android Optional usage analytics feature is not enabled on iPhone or iPad. The optional diagnostic event list stays on your device and can be turned off or cleared. Copy diagnostics places it on your clipboard; it is not automatically sent. Advertising and purchase providers process their own information separately.
Are my selected photos sent to Piecehaven?
No. Photo puzzles are created and stored on your device; Piecehaven does not upload selected photos to Marble Comet or its advertising or purchase services. Apple backups and any sharing you choose are separate. Use Create to delete a local photo-puzzle copy without deleting the original photo in your library. Deleting a puzzle or the app does not erase older Apple backups or previously shared copies. For app help, use support@marblecomet.com; for privacy requests, use privacy@marblecomet.com.
How do iPhone and iPad reminders work?
Reminders are optional local notifications, not a push-notification or marketing account. After the first completed puzzle, Piecehaven requests notification permission where required and schedules a daily 7:00 PM local-time reminder if allowed. Denial does not affect play and is not automatically requested again. Change the time or turn reminders off in the app's Settings, or manage notification permission in iOS Settings. Existing reminder choices are preserved.
What happens to information I email to support?
Opening Email support sends nothing automatically. If you send a message, we receive your sender address, message, and any attachments you choose to include. Purchase or receipt details you include remain with that message so we can help with your request; this does not mean that all RevenueCat records are joined to your email address. We retain support information as reasonably needed for the request, security, disputes, and legal obligations, not for advertising or marketing. Do not send your Apple Account password, verification codes, full payment-card details, or unnecessary personal photos.
Report a problem
- Open Settings → Diagnostics.
- Choose Copy diagnostics.
- Email support with the copied details, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce it.
Copied diagnostics are designed to exclude selected photos, email addresses, puzzle names, search text, and other free text. They are not uploaded automatically.
